    I bought a 5t 2 stage bottle jack. You need gym to lift it, but it ticks all the boxes. Plus a nice chunk of scaffolding plank as a base.

    Go for AGM and the biggest that can fit the battery box.

    Exide, Willard, Varta etc are all good brands.

    657 seems to be the correct size for the diesel.

    Graham, you can use anything preferably brown or even white if you store the beer away from UV.

    Brown PET would be ideal.
