    Scrapyard engines are generally hastily removed in a large number cases. Ancillaries are salvaged at a later stage so its not uncommon that these arent removed if they were previously damaged.

    I think those should have a torque setting.

    Also check to see if they arent stretch bolts which should be replaced if removed.
