    Yip, I think most RSA P38s were on the higher spec end, for instance, air-conditioning and manual trans were Euro options ;D

    This is very general.

    Because the issue appears to be intermittent, I would lean towards the electrical side. Loose earth or faulty connector(s) to start with

    Ribs require a good 3 to 5 hours to render them soft. What we get in the restaurants or from Checkers, have been pre-boiled and then sauced requiring heating up only.
