    That is 6 services for additional R24k. Average of R4k per service.

    Some services will be R2.5k, others close to R7k.

    I bought from Takealot in 2019 at R4500. Like Prof said, you can go to Outdoor Warehouse as well. At that point in time Takealot was cheaper.

    Have you considered maybe rocksliders? It will assist in future incidents like this if you attend on doing this more often.

    Also, it helps with when people parking next to you to prevent dings....

    Clutch noise HELP!

    Not really a good idea. The majority of the cost is labour. It is better to replace the clutch as well while everything is open. To save a few bucks to spend more later won’t be financially viable.

    How about replacing it with the M series engines from the Swift. They are available in M15, M16 and M18 which represents 1.5l, 1.6l and 1.8l.

    You were concerned about long term costs. R200k more on the V6 after 8 years is hectic.
