Having used Weber Briquettes exactly once today ( also once in the Tandoor Oven which doesn't count) I have decided they are the best ever for doing what I did today on the Weber. Finish and klaar....

What I really fancy about the Bedourie ( apart from the light weight) is the deep lid which doubles as a frying pan and has its own handles.
