Plesier Elize, veral omdat jy altyd sulke goeie terugvoer gee.

As ek terugdink, het ek die gedeelte in die suide langs die Kunene tot in Iona Nationale Park and dan deur die Namib tot aan die Kus,...

Re: Air rescue Kgalagadi national park.

The question as to which medical supplies to carry, begs.

This question equates with what vehicle spares one should carry. No immediate and all-encompasing answer is possible. At times the item...

Re: Air rescue Kgalagadi national park.

People are welcome to their own opinions about taking responsibility for their own mishaps, risks and health. I have a very fatalistic attitude to my own health. The issue is that sometimes these...

Re: Air rescue Kgalagadi national park.

Partially due to the obligation I feel because of my medical training, I carry a very comprehensive emergency medical kit. I often feel that this is more likely to be used to help others, rather than...

Re: Air rescue Kgalagadi national park.

Does any forum member have actual, real-life experience concerning the efficacy of these SOS message devices? How rapidly do emergency services respond to them in the absence of any other form of...
  12. Re: DETAILED DESCRIPTION ROAD KAROI to CROSSROADS

That's correct Terry, by all means book, but inquire about reduced price picnic spot swop, if available when you check in.

Re: Land Cruiser opgradeer - gedagtes.

John, my (biased) opinion for what it's worth. If you are considering traveling further north than Zambia, do not consider anything other than your basic Land Cruiser. Spares, simplicity, local...

Thanks for video, most South Africans will understand the Dutch commentary:).
  15. Re: DETAILED DESCRIPTION ROAD KAROI to CROSSROADS

Terry, that looks to be very much OK. Just remember that one can get reduced prices in Hwange for walk-ins at the picnic spots. Inquire on arrival to see if suits you.

Re: Air rescue Kgalagadi national park.

It really is not easy to persuade any air evac company to come and fetch you as others have said. Fortunately for ourselves, with my experience in trauma surgery, they would find it legally difficult...
