    If you find someone with a Nanocom code reader, they will be able to program the fob to the ECU.
    All you need is the 6 digit alpha-numeric code off the IC chip inside the fob.

    If you have the time and inclination, Volvo steel rockers from the B18 engine can be made to to work, but they are 1.5 ratio, while the RV8 is 1.6, so they would require offset bushes to be made up...
