    Re: New Defender arrived today

The storage space underneath the boot looks like a decent place to put a dual battery system. Would it fit?

Ablutions are not great either. Cramped, hot and teeming with mozzies. BUT you can't beat the location!

    Re: New Defender arrived today

I am test driving the D240 on 9 July which was the earliest they said was possible. Interestingly they also said the P400 wasn't available to test drive?
  5. Re: T4A Navigator iPhone app any good, it seams outdated?

Completely agree and I'm in the same position. I have an old Garmin that I haul out of the cupboard when I need to use Tracks4Africa but its not a great experience (screen is small and low res). For...

Thanks Lizette buts that not quite the same thing. Carplay / Android auto support would allow your app to be shown on the cars built in screen when your phone is connected to the car. Its not that...

    Re: Is this it?

When things are "normal" they usually don't have a problem selling a customer order to someone else so dealers are usually happy to refund deposits. In the current environment - I"m not so sure.

    Re: Is this it?

I've bought one - supposed to be arriving on 21 June but pretty sure the closure of the factory will impact delivery times. My dealer told me they were selling very well, but maybe he would say that?

    Re: Is this it?

Curious as to why you think the P300 is the best choice? With the MHEV Land Rover actually quote better fuel economy for the P400 (9.9l/ 100km vs 10.2l/ 100km). So the P400 is more powerful, has more...

Matte protective film can be specced at factory if you're ordering one of the metallic paints but not with white for some reason.

The condition of the transit road is good. Can do 60-80 km/hr. It took us less than half an hour to get to the game viewing roads along the Khwai.
