    Re: 2012 Hilux - D4D - Bluetooth

The 2012 models did come standard with the bluetooth enabled "flat screen" radio, however the lower end models as far as I remember were still fitted with the older versions.

    Re: Solar Geyser

Those pumps are relatively cheap, and installed inline, connected to a little solar panel to make it work during sunshine hours only, (which is the only time it should work) makes it simple,...

Re: Hilux 3.0 D4d freeflow exhaust

Not sure. I kept my standard exhaust system and just removed the CAT.

Having said that. It's kind of pointless fitting a freeflow and reinstalling the CAT..

Re: Hilux 3.0 D4d freeflow exhaust

I just did the chip and a CAT removal. Worked for me. With the CAT removed there is a noticeable difference regarding lag.

    Re: Amarok - temperatuur

Agreed with the above. 70 Degrees is low and will lead to increased engine wear if that is in fact the correct temperature. I would replace the thermostat sooner rather than later.

Greasing of the driveshaft U-joints do not get done with services. Do it yourself.

Re: Rhino vs ARB replacement bumpers

Sure if you are going to hit a Kudu at 100km/h there would probably be similar damage to the vehicle.
