If the gearbox is still in thr car, maybe try some Uniglide from Henris first?

I had an issue with a gearbox and Uniglide cured it sub R200!

First option is a gearbox flush at Mikebob. Failing that, a new gearbox valvebody is needed.

Get some Uniglide from Henris, I had an issue with a Hilux gearbox and was at the point to pull the gearbox out for a rebuild but rather put some Uniglide in the box and it worked a charm!

Have some spare cash ready for a new gearbox valve body. Quite possible that it goes hand in hand with the judder.
