    Re: Offroad Trailer - QA

We have had a Bushwakka Sundowner for just over 4 years, very happy with it.
Actually passing through your town on 5th of next month on our way to Waterberg Wilderness for 3 nights, you welcome to...

Re: Recommendation on Accommodation near Keimos/Upington

We looked at it in March and the campsites along the river had been washed away. Friends stayed in the top campsite and they said the road noise from the R27 was terrible, might be a bit better at...

    Re: MICE Problem in CKGR

This link was sent to me by one of the guy's who had his LC200 recovered by flatbed to Maun recently.
I would guess that probably nearly 80% of the vehicles in the Park, at any time, are Toyotas, so...

    Re: Covid and Namibia

Thanks, that is what I am hoping.

I looked at the Gobabis route but the extra distance will probably mean a night stop along the way, we all have caravans. It is carry over trip from last year,...

    Re: Covid and Namibia

Hi, does anyone possibly have a map of this area, please? (Windhoek-Okahandja-Rehoboth Local Authority Areas)

This area was given as a no-go area for tourists until at least the end of June, by...

Closer to Lobatse, is Phuduhudu Safari Camp (was a bit tired last time I was there), and Chasmiru.

There is also Elma's in Kenhardt, I have not stayed there and don't know how close the campsite is to the main road.

Re: Kgalagadi - Bots and Sa

Different opinion, it depends on the roads on SA side, it is possible but it won’t be a fun day. You seem to have a reasonably long trip, try and get one of the Matopi campsites and have a break...

I am with Pat on this, 2 nights at Khama is probably enough and I would only do one night at Elephant Sands and one at Woodlands. Goo-Moremi could possibly have another night, if you have nights to...

    Re: Lobatse area Accommodation

Chasmiru or Phuduhudu. Phuduhudu is slightly closer to Ramatlabama but was rather “tired” when I was last there about 18 months ago. We will probably use Chasmiru if we can travel in August.

Re: Camps in Palapye. Any recommendations?

It is quite a noisy campsite, especially over the weekend.
If you have the time Goo-Moremi is a better bet but a long drive in and out.
