Re: Pretoria - Heavy Duty Canvas Places

Sean - I've been in touch with a few people. I've first got to get around to removing the cover and measuring it up.

Hoping to get around to that this weekend...

Will post when I've figured the...

Re: Nissan Hardbody 3.0 16V Td SAC Upgrade

No. Actual resistance. The compressor runs from a belt on the crank. If the compressor is more difficult to turn (more resistance), the engine will work harder to turn it. Ie: less power.

Also too young - I was not in the army.

I think I was the first bunch that missed conscription.

However, my father was an arty officer, and there were various different SADF Landrovers he had...

Re: After ten years in a shed. . .

    Jakes,

Apologies - even though my first landy experiences were with the SADF landrovers, I'm fairly clueless when it comes down to Landrovers...

What mandatory convoy lights ? The OP's photo...

Andrew - you're going to have to accept the fact. It's either going to have to be a Touareg, or a Pajero...

I'm just surprised the Pajero is taking so long to be mentioned here...

    Good day folkses,

I've use a Front Runner Featherlite Roof-top Tent. The last two occasions I've used it, I've been battling with the cover. On my last camping trip at the beginning of the month,...

  12. Re: Namibia re-opens to international tourists 1 Sept

Just curious. I've passed through Namibia quite frequently on the way to or back from places. For example: a year or two ago, I headed back from the North West ZA coast, overnighted in Oranjemund and...

I'd imagine so. The two vehicles are virtually identical...

    Re: 1998 Nissan Sani 3.0 V6 4x4 needs a starter

If you cannot get a new starter, just service. 99% of the time it is just the brush kit (about R70 at any spares place).
