    These are discounts for youth and elderly people. But I agree, this is very strange and not a common practice. The discount should be granted for everybody who qualifies by age.

    I cannot compare national parks and reserves in Europe and Africa I know. But they are almost always free with free parking. Crazy to be charged for Burnt mountain or Petrified forest for us.
