    Re: Loading a co-ordinate

    You posted the waypoint as

    Deg Min Sec
(although I have doubts about your example - Min & Sec should be 60 max)

You have to convert it to decimal degrees.

How you do it will depend on how...

    Re: Trailer Brake System

I assume the trailer is out of warranty.

The problem seems to be you taking it to the 'agents'.
    They are clearly incompetent.
If you need brakes serviced or repaired, take it to a brake...

  5. Re: Why No Jeep Wranglers or Gladiators Through SA, Namibia, or Botswana?

Wheel bearings only last so long - they are wear parts.
They do however choose to give in at the most inconvenient time.

Discovery 4 Re: Whining sound around 45km/h

Get it on a lift where you can spin the wheels.

Get it to 'whining' speed and apply the brakes lightly, and turn the steering.

    It could identify the problem.

    Re: Rivnut/Zebranut setting tool

    Good example, using a washer.
The best practice it to apply the water proofing before you tighten the Rivnut.

    Re: Rivnut/Zebranut setting tool

That, and it is a form of "captive" nut.
You might have to re-tighten something from time to time and holding a normal nut at the back might be a "schlepp".

    Re: 2.2 Ranger Headaches

The grade of oil is not an indication of the quality.
Synthetic is also not necessarily better than mineral oil.

The best oil for your engine is what the manufacturer recommends.

    Saw this at Cefane Campsite.
Originally from Switzerland, the owner has visited more than 40 countries with this beaut.

    It cost a cool R12million in 2017.

It is built on a MAN 4x4 chassis.

Poll: Re: What veg don't you eat? Why?
