Re: Anyone know the back story?

I'm surprised how the roof held up. Seen many that have collapsed on roll over.

Very sad it was a limited edition. Think there were only 100 of these M&M ones?

New switch is ordered and I should have it this afternoon. Will install tomorrow. Relay system I wanted to get some info on first and to do it the best way so as not to cause any faults.

  19. Re: Fuel consumption calculation for overlanding (planning stages)

Both my vehicles use more fuel every day than on a trip (Jimny is about 10l/100km every day vs 8.0l/100km on a trip. The Defender is about 11l/100km every day and on a trip it gets 10.3L/100km). So I...

The threat of puncture is not the mess. It's the fact you've just lost the water you needed to carry. If you not worried about losing the water then you have no need to be carrying it.
