    Jip, I made templates for the wood panels and leather sections so it is just trace and cut. I use a jigsaw and do the final trim with an upside down belt sander...;D. My daughter has my belt sander...

    The early wings did not have all the poles but if yours have the holes, there must have been poles. The Miskruier has many nooks and crannies. Maybe check them all again...;D.

    On the later models the poles go through some sort of an acid bath process to prevent that. I doubt if there is anything that will remove that black marks off the ripstop canvas.

    I think everything in terms of gear has been covered. One thing to keep in mind about a tyre repair kit is there is a big difference...
