    Re: Input on tough MTs

Keep in mind that they make use of SPONSORED tyres. The same as Kingsley Holgate with Coopers, etc

Tyres you don’t have to pay for are always the best !

Re: How many amps from national luna box

I’ve had a 2007 Dmax Isuzu, 2x 2016 D-tech Isuzu’s and now a new dc d-tech Isuzu and none of them have had a problem charging a high cycle aux battery via a solenoid system !

Mine’s packed for another short “working” trip to the Kaokoland on Friday.

Nothing very difficult this time, and about 2000km.

    Re: Input on tough MTs

Why don’t you get 2 sets if tyres. A pair of super heavy duty off road tyres and a pair of good AT type tyres ?

Seeing that the MT’s will then only be used off-road they could even be re-treads or...

Re: How many amps from national luna box

Are you sure all the connections are secure ?

In the past I had a problem with the red connection going into the box. Every time the connection is interrupted, the timer is activated

    Re: Inverter for laptop charging

    Hi Ron

I use a 180w inverter. Smaller might work as the input charge to the laptop is not very high.
