    Use it but don't use it to torque nuts and bolts to the finished torque, I've seen guys "tightening by hand" with a pneumatic torque wrench and that's it job done.

    I've also had good success with a monkey wrench on rounded off heads, you need space in the area though.

    There's a few companies that do motorcycle transport and will collect a bike at just about any little town in Sa. The rates weren't too bad either as far as I can remember.

    The Fortuner may have higher theft risk but the Discovery may leave you on the side of the road, which in Sa can be a very dangerous place.

    Modern CVTs seem pretty bullet proof, they have hydraulic torque converters and no clutch packs, if the oil is changed regularly which is vital they don't seem to give issues.
