    I came to the not more then 5000 pound winch needed conclusion based on the answers i got from this thread....i originally wanted to fit a 3000 pound winch but nou will install atleast a 4500 pound...

    There is a non return valve type thingy close to the manual pump that prevents diesel running back to tank....it needs replacing.....contact your toyota dealer on that....never fit a pirate part...

    Never rotated my tyres before....rear tyres still A OK and front will replace next month....if i replace only the front tyres on my Tata compared to replacing all 4 tyres the difference is 1600 for 2...

    Yah...we have a mechanic in Roodepoort that says he can fix gearboxes but he had the gearbox twice already and it still jumps 4th if you let go of the accelerator....and he specializes in Lada or so...

    No experience on the place but for courier service use The Courier Guy...they dirt cheap with their services...around 170 to 300 to send a gearbox depending on weight....call you local Courier guy...

    The cold area of Mpumalanga between Witbank and Secunda just outside Kriel....winter temps goes to -5 minimum sometimes in winter..when it's this cold we usually get to redo most of the water piping...

    I used 15w40 GTX on my offroader...it was recommended in the manual for my car in cooler winter climate to use that grade oil...and it choked up the oil filter with sludge...
