    Yes, me too. But I'd rather sleeve a wire than have the smoke come out of the fuse and have to re-wire due to damage to the wire casing.

    I was just going to say: plenty of cheap but effective sleeve options out there, sleeve your cables.
    The manufacturers don't put that stuff around the harness just to make it pretty.

    Good tip. This will indicate Union Defense Force. I doubt any vehicle produced after 1958 would have this on it.
