Subarujo, where abouts were you here?
With all the rain we are having keep at least one of those waterproof extension lead junction boxes. A lot better than a 2L Coke bottle or a plastic bag :o.
Sent you a PM.
[QUOTE=Hedgehog;4560409]For this you will need to find a person who has had both, for a reasonable time to give an objective comment.
We have both. The Snowmaster at home and the NL for camping.

i can vouch for Estee and his vehicle. Very capable ... both of them!
Stop over at Dwesa for two nights. Lots to explore there it is a reserve. Beautiful beaches. Also a guide (nice guy) who can show you around. Very clued up on environment, trees, wildlife, etc.
Maybe a good price but ......... Google review shows poor service / dissatisfied customers. Will look elsewhere.
PC Link in Midrand offering at R2410.00 at the moment. No old battery trade in necessary.
For my offroad caravan. 1 x Snowmaster freezer 2 x 100W panels through a WRND.
Great news.
Thanks for comments so far.;D
Can any one with personal experience with these batteries comment please.
Thanks I am looking for some one to do the manufacturing, bulk supply, branding etc.
Evidently there is an ammo box manufacturer in CT. Can any one give me some info please?
What about building some remote off the grid campsites? The more remote the better.

Thanks Quinton. Sent you a whatsap
Looking for 3 x 265/70/16 tyres in good condition.
Not sure what type of accommodation you are planning. You could stay relatively south and do West Coast, Namaqua Coastal Region, Richtersveldt, Ais Ais (if not all washed away!), Luderitz, Duwisib,...
Contemplating the same dilemma as I have some very nice IPF's that take H3's, I was reading this with interest. I also read elsewhere that guys were saying rather just go with decent top shelf bulbs...

Stayed at B'Sorah bush camp just past Harties over New Year. They have tented camps and 3 x bush campsites. They have cycle and walking trails. These are true bush camp sites and one needs to be self...
Especially if you are a heavy bloke the 10 cm Tentco's will be better. I had 2 x 7cm Carmaquips. Bought 2 x Tentco's and ended up selling the Carmaquips.
10cm Tentco's without doubt better than...
+1 ;D. Something similar happened to me.

Feel the same here re NL vs SM. Had most / all the brands. Remember you can get a SM with thicker insulation in their Expedition range.
If you are not in a hurry SM have specials every now and...
Soos ek verstaan is dit nie aanbeveel om iets soontoe te sleep, ingeval jy "n olifant raakloop en moet vinnig agter uit beweeg. Sal graag wil hoor wat se ander mense.
In my younger "appie days" in Dbn I had a lowered red R8 with a fat yellow challenge stripe. We used to go out on Fri & Sat nights "looking for a dice". Man that little 1100 was very, very quick....
Thanks. Unfortunately it seems one does not get 480mm h/d slides.
I am busy with a project and I need to shorten my 500mm HD drawer slides to 480mm. Has any one tried this / can it be done?
I found that some people comment that they inflate the matresses orally. There is a large amount of moisture on ones breath and given that the matresses will be nice and warm probably a nice breeding...
[QUOTE=BarnieH;4531410]Hi Peter, how does the Tentco packed dimensions compare to the Carmaquip?
The tentco is slightly bigger but only because the Carmaquip we had was 7cm thick and Tentco we...

Hey that should look good. If they are 6 x 139 and will fit Toyota then they will fit the Kavango.
6 x 139 Typical of Toyota.
I have a Pajero which is the same PCD (6 x 139) and now have 3 x 17" rims I wish to fit. Due to Pajero 40mm offset l will probably have to run spacers to counter the...
Negative is that battery acid / fumes will break the wood down and the box will eventually fall apart. With a low maintenance battery it could take a lifetime;D.
If there is a short circuit the...
