    Used Iridium 9555 and Inmarsat iSatPhonePro for work, the Iridium had longer airtime windows and connected pretty quickly but the texting was rudimentary to the point of frustration and we used text...

    Roof prism more compact, durable but also more expensive for similar quality.
    Porro cheap and can get good quality for less money but larger, heavier and more delicate.

    I can't use porro, too...
