While rain in the Kalahari is ALWAYS awesome... it doesn't always bode well for animal sightings, as they don't need to visit water holes as usual.

    Re: Braille in my Pajero?

Yeah, well... in general terms, you would be correct.

In real world terms, it is actually possible for a visually impaired person to get a driver's license. And it happens too.

    Firstly, the...

Re: Help! LC 200 Colour Choices

Oh, but the proponents of white would tell you:

    It's safer/more visible,
It's cooler in the hot African sun,
    Scratches are much less noticeable,
    It's better for resale value...

Dunno if any such light bars exist.

Re: Ford F250: Old model / New model / Not at all?

Also be careful if it's to be used on roads with sharp windy turns in the bush... The F250 D/Cab turns like an oil tanker. I would assume the S/Cab is not that much better.

    For my money, that TDi...

One significant difference IMO is the solid axles and full time 4WD, with diff locks all round. Afaik Brandt is SFA and only option of rear diff lock.

    I may be wrong?
