    Strongs, by all indications it sounds exactly like my breakdown. Engine runs perfect but gearbox is locked in N, apparently on the same basis as Landies go into "limp" mode.

    Personaly I don't think they are 100% sure in which vehicles they ended up. Much easier to wait for customer to bring in the car, analize the cause and if it is one of the duds then replace it...

    They settled mine in full at the bank which was R411000.
