    Niki at Rovertec did my TD5 and goes much better and no problems, Niki is now in CT but Radje is still in Pinetown and Niki will do the map and send it to Radje for him to put it in your ECU

    Remember the R380 has a internal oil pump that pumps oil up and into the shafts to help lubricate the needle bearings, if the oil is to thick wrong viscosity then the pump can not feed the oil down...

    Have you got the bead lock rims on as in tire between rim and bead lock or just tire on Rim normally,
    I have same rims but using bead locks and with in days the bead lock bolts started snapping...

    I have always used Dextron III ATF in my R380 and always will never had a problem I change ever 25000KM
    LT230 I use a GL4 90 Gear oil as I have a bronze cyncro in my over drive normally EP90 GL5...

    Just took the center portion out as air leak on ARB on a Locker pipe inside and looking at the ARB compared to my Ashcroft there is no way I would get ARB one, Ashcroft way better

    Ashcroft are the way to go IMO they are way better then ARB

    With all R380 gear boxes and towing a heavy load try. Keep out of 5th gear as it is not a strong gear and known to eat them selves up, apart from that it should be good to tow no problem

    The guide pully Has the center bolt remove it and it comes off then you can change the bearing, as for the 3 bolts that have stripped in casing get it time-cert and will be good again
