    About 50 minutes at 180 for a 600 to 800g loaf

    The trick is to let it "rest" for 15 to 20 minutes after removing it from the oven.

    Then it "sucks" up all the juices that are in the pan, back...

    I have had the same experiences, until I cooked one myself at home, and not bought one from the supermarket, or from tannie Sannie :)

    There is no way a meatloaf could be dry if you do it right,...

    Any advice an the veg/meat ratio?

    Do you fry the onions and garlic off before adding it?

    Is it a must to do the BBQ coating on to/ or is there an alternative?

    While I waited.

    If you are worried about a tyre's speed rating only being 180/170km/h on a Fortuner that is factory governed to an indicated 180km/h then.. I cannot comment. ;D
