    I only mix spice and herbs into the mince as frying onions etc add to the greasyness of it. My preference is for firm slices that dont crumble when cutting, bread crumbs can help here but I dont use...

    Hopefully, time permitting, I will complete the awning cover this week and then the rack will be mounted. I still have to decide if I will paint the ''ROF'' Rack but can do it this week if I do. ;D
