Re: How many 2.5 SRX 4x4 owners here?

The 32"s had a major influence on performance. I was still able to cruise at 120, but that was pretty much the top speed, and overtaking was a nightmare. Fuel consumption was also very bad, and...

Re: How many 2.5 SRX 4x4 owners here?

Had my SRX > 3 years now and put >35000km on, 1/2 overlanding and 1/2 daily driver, including dirt road everyday.

Only problem I had was that it was too low, so I gave it a 2" lift and changed...

    Re: 2 Adults 2 Kids 1 Tent

Wildpicture certainly makes a few very valid points. Also looking at buying second hand and definitely selling the tent(s) later on, a normal 1.2 or 1.4 will have a much bigger market. I my case, my...

    Re: 2 Adults 2 Kids 1 Tent

I've got the Howlingmoon 2.4x2.4 Stargazer. We are a family of 5 (three girls aged 5-9) and we've been overlanding using this tent since late 2014. It's a fantastic tent. It weighs in at 98kg, but...
  31. Re: Where can I order a Howling Moon Stargazer 2.4m from?

That's right. I don't even think they've got it on their catalog. Most people prefer 2 1.2 tents as this obviously gives a bit of privacy and its also easier to buy and resell second hand.

    I...
  32. Re: Where can I order a Howling Moon Stargazer 2.4m from?

    Hi
You should be able to order from any Campworld branch. They supply howlingmoon products. I ordered mine from Campworld at Lynnwood trailers in Pretoria East in 2014.
