    A single phase VFD will give you a 3 phase output.

    Shims are at the top of the steering box -above the fill plug
    Any gaskets or sealer will add thickness to the shim pack

    A 3,5lt 6 pot diesel.... pretty scarce beast (I’ve only seen one in the UK)

    I always fit a temperature & oil pressure gauge (mechanical preferably) on a new engine...... just a temporary mount to monitor the engine for the first 1000 Kay’s....
