Why would you advise against Ford?

Is it because you bought a crappy example of a previous model, that was poorly maintained?

They are pretty full after the winter rains, during flower season

Those maps will need a very good GPS able tablet. What one are you using?

What tablet do you use?
Do you use google maps?
How do you mount it?

That way you can use the route or road given in real time.

I really like doing this, and it has saved my bacon a lot, but sometimes the tracks have been changed from what the map provider has on it's...

They work fine on my Comfort.

But I always use chocks.
So if I need to level the trailer, I just shove the chock in behind the wheel when its on the rampy thingy, and Bobs incredible :)

The point of this thread was not about the jack being dangerous, it was about the relevance of it's need on a modern 4x4..

There are huys who will vote that have remapped 15000 km ago... and will claim no issues
