OSM for maps on the GPS and Google Earth for planning a route and tracks. No need for T4 except if you are trying to find a petrol station or restaurant

It all depends what you use your maps for! T4 or garmaps are good for searching for petrol stations, restaurants, places of interest but no better than OSm maps for tracking.
