    Re: Leaky Aux Tank

If you can remove the tank yourself, then the fix will be much cheaper and easier.
Any reputable welding shop, preferably TIG, will then be able to help you.

I think people over think this. If you have a kettle in daily use and it's 3 years old, look inside.
If it's scaled up don't use the water.

    Defender Re: Coolant replacement 110V8

I agree with Mike and I would replace the seals on the plugs.

I recommend this coolant, mix 50/50, so you will need about 6 lites if I remember correctly.

On my V8 SWAMBO usually put her feet on the dashboard on long trips.

The 300Tdi is much cooler, so I think insulating the exhaust will help a lot.

Sorry I may have written it wrong.
I plated the fairlead rollers and the frame for the rollers, then painted them.
The paint doesn't last on the rollers.
I also plated the selection lever.

The heater cannot stop working, unless you lose all the coolant.

Did the fan for the heater stop working?
If so then I think it is related.

This could be a electric short.

    Re: Which camp matress?

If you want to use the Carmaquip mattress by itself, I suggest you go for the thickest version.

On a stretcher the thinner one works perfectly.
My setup in the Landy has the thickest version on...

  32. Re: defender puma - guess the noise and win a 6 pack of beer(turn the vol up)

Guessing a sound from a short clip isn't easy.

The only way to find it is moving around the vehicle while someone is turning the steering wheel.
First narrow it down to engine bay or cab.

    Then...

I think that while someone is doing the steering wheel thing, you go underneath the vehicle.

I have a feeling that you could see something out of place/moving.

Meisiekind is my wife or my Landy.
