I'm of 3 minds: new bakkie next year OR keep the bakkie + new Trailblazer or CRD Wrangler.
If you are a OffRoader the Wrangler would be better.
If you're a Overlander the Trailblazer would be better.
If you do both the Isuzu KB D/Cab would be best.

Just my 2.28cw...

Mad Manny

I am not an offroader (yet) because I have only owned a 4x2 up to now and have no over exagerated expectations of what it can do At this stage, I would rather opt for touring and family holiday off the beaten track with the occasional l 4x4 track just for fun. I would rather go diving

Only thing I am wondering about is the build quality of Chevs and ability to age of the vehicle itself. The motor I trust but the brand and its reputation is unknown to me personally. Dealer support..... I dont think GM will win any prizes and sell vehicles because of this

A new KB DC though does sound very enticing!

Default 2013 isuzu D-max

Seems the 2013 D-Max will grow over the size of our current KB.
This off Isuzu.co.uk;

Lenghth: KB 5035 - 5155 D-Max 5295 - 5315 (up 160mm - 260mm)
Width:...KB 1860............D-Max 1860.......... (up 60mm)

The S/Cab bak seems to grow by 60mm
D/Cab 4x4 ground clearance is also up about 10mm

In the UK they quote a Torque figure of 400Nm for the 2.5, but I have the 3.0 as 400Nm. But in the UK they ONLY get the 2.5...

Well I saw one in the flesh yesterday, first impression was that it was not different enough from the current D-teq. Must say the interior is very nice, and dash/steering wheel controls are all very nice. Still doesnt seem to have the presence of the Ranger or the Amarok.
