Default Zimbabwe Fuel prices
Can anybody that has recently visited Zimbabwe give the current petrol and diesel prices per lt? Busy with final planning for our December trip and the Rand /Dollar is making the department of finance just a wee bit concernedYou all have an awesome day!

The price in Zim usually differs by about 10-15% of the ZA price. More expensive.

PS. In any case, that is how I budget.

At today's exchange rate, US$1.30 = ZAR10.83
Exchange at US$1,00 = ZAR8,33

Petrol $1.30 +\- 0.05

Currently $1.44 - $1.50 per ltr for unleaded and $1.30 for Blend
Diesel is $1.30 for 500ppm

Just retrurned from month in Zim. It seems to vary form garage to garage. Anything from $1.35 - $1.41. I could not find diference between regions Bulawayo, Vic falls and Tashinga.

Douwe thanks for the up-date. I'm so keen to get there and the 16th is so far away. I'm like a kid about to get a present. The way I feel right now , I don't think it would matter if it was $2.00 a lt.

FJ40Cruzr, what is Blend - is that "leaded" which is what my Landy uses? Can a 1:9.3 compression engine run on that? thanks

Taking my FJ Cruiser to Gaborone-Mana-Zambia-Vic Falls-Hwange-Gaborone. Any info on unleaded fuel in Kariba? Pretty please
