Default High mileage Ranger - Should I or shouldn't I

I am looking to buy a 2015 Ranger 2.2 XLS 4x4 with one possible issue.
It's an ex Avis vehicle with 167k km's on the clock. Intercooler has been replaced. All services are intact, vehicle's body work etc still in very good condition.
Should the high mileage be an issue and are their anything I should be worried about or look out for?
I think for R258k it's a good deal considering the high mileage.

    Avis services their vehicles religiously.

I'd trust that vehicle more than one from some dodgy corner second hand dealer.

Something is not right, Avis usually flip their cars way before that mileage?

Jip, not 100% sure if all those kilo's are from Avis.
The bakkie is being sold by a dealer which I think bought it at an Avis auction, not 100% sure. I will check the VIN number with Ford tomorrow.
Like Pierre mentioned. Avis services their cars religiously.

I have bought 2 cars from avis, both during "tough times". Round about the same time. Both of them was just over 160000 km.

So, I shouldn't be concerned with the high kilo's?
Maybe I will take out an extended warranty to be on the save side.

Buy it, Take an extended warranty. Use the money you saved for awesome adventures.
I took my exRanger to 180k kms, and would still be driving it if I didn't crash it. My plan was to stretch it to 300k before selling. But alas.
