    Maybe they bought the paint in bulk and it was excess stock.
    Most functions like that in Brazil are under the umbrella of the Military, so that ship will likely be a Navy controlled vessel, hence the colour. Back when I worked there, even Civil Aviation fell under the Military.

    Operation Sea of Lights, succeeded by Operation Christmas, was a campaign by the Columbian military in 2010 to encourage FARC guerrillas to demobilize. 180 guerrillas demobilized during operation Sea of Lights including FARC's main bomb maker.

    The Sturmgewehr 44 or StG44 as the first propped assault rifle ever made and some say that the AK was coppied on it with changes
