I've been wanting to do a test between the ez deflator, and Indeflate but never really got around to it.
This morning we were two vehicle, the other with the ez deflator, and obviously I had the Indeflate.
It was not decided to test the two against each other, but it just happened that we took our deflators out at the same time and started deflating, not sure what the other vehicle tyres was on, mine was on 2.5, and we both deflated down to around 1 bar.
I am happy to say we finished around the same time, probably within a second or two! There was a big difference though, while the other poor sod was sitting on his hunches, unscrewing valves and fiddling around I was busy watching the ocean, the sea birds, having a chat to the people around etc
Indeflate it still available in the online shop, and currently on special for R1445.00.

The ease of use is indisputable. I love mine. It's very kind to my knees. Inflation is also so much easier
Just received my Indeflate. Tried it out and very pleased with the ease of use and performance.

If you don’t own an Indeflate yet and you do regular off-road trips then you are missing out massively, what an awesome tool. I went from 3.0 bar to 2.1 bar at the back and from 2.6 to 2.0 in the front in less that a minute. I wasn’t rushing AND it was my virgin trial.
I’m very pleased with my purchase:

Het self een gekry nou voor ek weg was Desember en ek moet se hy werk soos n bom en baie vinnag en goed
Het al in my lewe “gadgets” gekoop wat nie na wense gewerk het nie - maar dié produk is tops. Myne gekoop op aanbeveling van ‘n vriend wat in winkel vir 4x4 toebehore werk - en om banddruk nou korrek te hou is ‘n plesier.
Wie verkoop dit in SA? En prys?

I was reading the comments in the Ronny Dahl video, and the Mericans were saying that a fair price would be +/- $100, which equates to +/- R1200, which is exactly what I was thinking and feeling.
I think the asking price is too much.

Those comments will only come from those who don't own one. Yes, it's a lot of money to do something you can do with your pressure gauge and a little stick to depress your valve to let air out.
But it is a well thought out piece of kit with which you do not have to kneel next to the wheel on the hot sand. You could make your own for cheaper if you have a lathe etc and don't include any labour. Compared to eg Staun deflators, which were somewhere between R600 and R900 the last time I looked, you get more value for money as the indeflate can do so much more.
I disagree that the asking price is too much, even though the chinese would no doubt sell it for far less. It is a non-essential tool to take along. But after having used mine, I would definitely miss it if I forgot it at home on our next trip.
I also thought it was overpriced, but I like a bargain so I thought it was only me being a cheapskate. I managed to get one at R1200 recently when they ran a special and now that I have it I will gladly part the going price for one, it’s that good. The bag alone is worth a bit, quality stuff.

Ek het die glas van die meter op die Indeflate gebreek. Kan die glas vervang word ?
