I was towing at between 120 and 130 kmpu and hed a diesel consumtion of just about 5 Km/liter. Is it ecceptable or not.

I tow my Companion at about 110 normally and get about 7km/liter.

At that speed you not going to get any better, doesn't matter what you drive

I have for a long time been trying to find automatic air release valves, something that works on this principle, but till today have not been able to find any.

something like this: Click image for larger version.

Looks to be the right solution for the job at hand, but have not been able to find anything remotely similar. Looks a bit more robust and will be able to fill the tanks from the front without the hassle of manually blocking the breathers.

Good day, I need to sort out the rear door Hinge as the spare wheel causes the door to sag.

My thinking is to put a flatbar on the inside of the door, but I'm not to sure it will solve the problem.

    Any advice?

I very much doubt it will help. It seems a localized issue around the hinge from the photos. I'd suggest a proper hinges instead of that POS Conqueror uses for hinges. Look at truck body builder suppliers like McNaughtons.
