What fortuner? You have a petrol GV now....

I would love to see a fortuner follow me on the highway and then compare economy. Would be very interesting. What is the tunas weight? The beetle weighs 2.3 tons empty and I had the car full of luggage and a few fully soiled pot plants.

The treg can be hugely economical -> http://www.4x4community.co.za/forum/...d.php?t=126056

One thing I have noticed is that my economy has suffered since I'm struggling more and more to get 500ppm. 50ppm is definitely worse on economy.

I can't discuss my GV's fuel consumption at the moment because the past weekend I've been seriously enjoying that 3.2 V6

I have no idea what the Fortuner weighs. I guess around 1.8 tons. But it will be fun to try and follow you. Funny too

anyway. Our cars are definitely not bought with financial interest in mind. We are boys with expensive toys and each to his own.

This coming weekend we are having an outing with all sorts of cars and I bet you a beer nobody will have a fight like we do here.

I can confidently say that your GV is a lot quicker than the beetle!

Yes the Zook really flies. But it won't come close to a V10 Treg. That feels like a Boeing on takeoff.

Changed the sway bar bushes today and the little knock I have been searching for, for ages is finally eliminated. Weird as the old bushings look OK.

Ground clearance. Makes for easy access to power wash the chassis.

My Fortuner also has a special trick to give great access to the underside

    Generally only works once though

    Nice!

But isn't that couch a bit too wide?

Ah that makes sense. Sorry, for a moment I thought you want to make your Treg look inside like that Fortuner or Mahindra you've been hanging around in lately
