The thing is that i cant economically repair the car here or in Cape Town.

I have a spare injector at home.

The flatbed has been despatched. Tuffstuff doesnt cover fully so I have to cover the difference of R1500.

The rental places only open after 8 am so then I will have to see if they allow a rental to be taken to East London and then if they organise to get the car back.

    Just spoke to Raymond.

He's sorting out everything. Won't cost me a cent except for the rental's fuel.

That is top notch from tuffstuff. Apparently the center is not directly related to TS.

Raymond also organised the rental to be delivered to me. So in a couple of hours i should be on my way.

Big huge massive thumbs up to TS!

In the meantime Reenen is keeping us company. He offered lunch while we wait for the rental to be delivered.

Baie beindruk met TS, well done. Laat mens dink oor jou eie versekering. Hoe ver sal jy kom by jou versekering se grootbaas 09h00 op n sondag oggend? Well done Raymond

It's an opportunity to inspect the injector's condition after religious two stroke use.

If the naysayers want to pinpoint the failure on two stroke oil you need to realise that that electrical part of the solenoid on the injector failed. It cant be 2SO.

Besides, my dad has done over 150'000km on his v10 touareg that uses the same injectors and he also uses 2SO and havent had any failures.

Awaiting TuffStuff to sort out a rental.

A bit disappointed that I have to Pay in on the flatbed as TuffStuff does not cover it fully.
not to blow wind up SANTAM's arse. But they never squeeled to pay for a flatbed when required. Maybe change companies. I normally give one chance, and if they stuff up, I move. Very bad from Tuffstuff in my opinion.....

I think something is wrong. TOUREG 3.0 TDi wasn't available here in 2006.
